Placement and arrangement

I could not have done this without Tobi and Jorj. They wouldn't let the nervous, clumsy person tier and move the cakes. Tobi's idea was to use the long cake knife under the cake circles to refine the positioning of the layers. At Jorj's suggestion, they also used the long dowels like a stretcher to shift the layers.
